8-Week Course in Self-Healing – A shamanic exploration of health & healing, begins Feb. 21, 5:30-7:30 pm

More and more, chronic illnesses and hard-to-heal conditions are challenging for conventional medicine to address. The same is true in the mental health arena. A body of scientific studies and anecdotal evidence is now confirming the knowledge of our ancestors and pointing to “new” ways we can help ourselves heal.

This class explores a larger perspective on human health and healing and how we can draw on shamanic practices and ancient wisdom to help engage our body’s self-healing processes. Each week explores a different aspect of well-being, such as cellular wisdom, soul purpose, the impact of trauma, trans-generational wounding, relationships of all kinds, connection with nature, and our ability to engage deep belief in our own experience of vitality to move forward and thrive in our lives.

8 weekly sessions on Wednesdays, 5:30-7:30 pm.
Session dates are: Feb 21, Feb 28, Mar 7, Mar 14, Mar 21, Apr 4, Apr 11, Apr 18
Class size for this program is limited. Prior shamanic experience is not required.

This course is offered with a sliding fee scale. Choose your fee based on your resources and the value of the workshop to you: $320, $250, $150.

Soul Retrieval for Yourself and Others, April 28-29, 9:00-4:00, Registration Closed.

At the heart of shamanic healing lies the practice of finding lost essences of a person’s soul and bringing these essences back with all their gifts and energies that help us thrive. The soul is at the very heart of our being, vitality, and resilience in life. In ancient times, it was believed that the loss of a person’s soul was the cause of death. This belief gave rise to powerful spirit-led ceremonies which literally made the difference between life and death.

Today, the same practices can be effectively used to support physical, mental, or emotional healing, build personal power, restore vitality, and reconnect us with our dreams, life purpose, and sense of self.

This weekend is an in-depth training in shamanic soul retrieval, including effective practices for retrieving soul essences for others, soul loss and wholeness, and ways of reconnecting, strengthening, and honoring our own soul.

Class size for this workshop is limited. Participants must have completed the Journey into Shamanism workshop, or equivalent, and be comfortable journeying and working with personal spirit helpers.

I am offering this class with a sliding fee scale. Please select your fee based on your resources and the value of the program to you. Choose $300, $240, $180.
